I just had a question about the P0135 O2 SENSOR.

What is it's function? Is it recommended to fix immediately? Can it damage your car severely?

Oxygen sensor monitors air/fuel ratios and sends data to the PCM. Should you replace it? Yes. It can cause a lean or rich condition if its reading improperly. Will it hurt the car? No but it can hurt gas mileage and performance.

AND BY ANY CHANCE DO YOU GUYS KNOW HOW MUCH IT COSTS TO FIX OR REPLACE?

 

depends on where you go. i know the sensor is alot of $. but i found a place local to me thats pretty cheap. cant remember how much tho.

 

Its easy to replace the O2 sensor. O2 sensor goes round around 60-80 bucks.

I suggest your replace unless you want bad gas mileage.
