Not even worth the trouble, unless you are planning to build a drag car. I don't see why someone would go through all that just to put it in a daily driver. So as for jacking the car, I don't know about you Eastcoast people, but here in Cali, we don't f@#$ with that, we $BUY$ the whole car and pay for full coverage! So F!@# it it's a win win, ya feel?

We speak english on this forum....Go back to b20

God I hate the lack of english spoken on that forum.

And that's stupid to do that conversion, K 24 with an R head has more potential than our motors.

i think its stupid.. because you're turning a RWD motor into a FWD motor.. i don't understand, RWD>FWD in almost all, if not all aspects.. better handling and better for straight line too if im not mistaken, (since weight shifts to back under acceleration, the push of a RWD gets power to the ground better than a FWD.

yeah. But what if you have a civic and want an F20C. This F to K adapter is for those applications, I assume.

The K20 is more advanced. You can get a **** LOAD of power out of it even NA with bolt ons and tuning.

If I'm not mistaken, there is a bell housing made so you can bolt a f to the k tranny, I don't know about k to f tranny. I don't know if it is a production unit though. Honestly I would do a k24/k20 with a f tranny if i wanted to spend the money money. K series is newer technology and not tuned out from the factory. There is more room for improvement without going FI with the k. Cams for the k series net you more than 12 whp with a huge cam and tuning.

I would want to go the other way. K to a F tranny. I don't know if anyone has done it or produces the bell housing but im sure it is do able.

no one is swapping a motor into their car and keeping it stock. For all the work and money you would have to spend, you might as well do a K. It just wouldn't make since from a money perspective to put a F motor in. But you know some people will do it just to say they did

but if the S motor's have a forged bottom and internals...how come you would want to build a K??

are any of the parts interchangable? i litterally know next to nothing about the K series, so please teach me. also... why would it be better to build than a b18c..cost wise?

because there are some issues with tensioners on the K series that still need to be worked out on built motors. my homies K24/K20 set up has that very same issue he's on his 4th set up because the tensioners give out.

i would drop a stock F20/22 and slap a 150shot on it or a turbo set up.. good for 450-500ish on pump gas all stock. plus you get teh miles out of it from Honda realiability
