Around 12:15am on Nov 17 on Douglas Blvd by Sierra College a dark metallic blue
(black looking at night) 98-02 Chevorlet Camaro hit and ran a red 94 Civic hatch back and spun the Civic into the center divide and caused bodily injury and totaled the civic. The Camaro should have some red paint tranfer on the frontend. Any infomation on the Camaro would be appreciated.

Also there was a silver (I believe) Toyota truck that chased after the Camaro. If you are the person please contact me. Thanks.

A witness gave me a partial plate number. The plate number is 3DL****.

That sucks. But the police should be able to narrow it down with a partial plate reading and vehicle make and model.

post this on craigslist it should get some feedback from that. good luck finding that ******. i had the same thing happen to me 8 months ago i have to chase down the ****** my self and i got his *** put in jain the same nite.

Talked to Roseville Police Department and they said with only a partial plate that they cannot do anything. So now I'm screwed because insurance won't cover the car for uninsured motorist because they cant find the other person. Anyone with any information would be appreciated. Thanks

its not they cant do any thing trust me if it was one of the officers car that was involved in the hit an run i am 100% they can find out who did it in a day or 2 they are just lazy and dont want to investigate. l had a hit and run accident to me few years back and i have the complete licence plate and the description of the person they did not even do ****.
