4th gen parking brake adjustment.
Hey, I got this weird problem where my passenger side rear wheel locks up ok but the drivers side can still spin when I put on the e-brake. I checked the pad wear on both sides and they're identical. Both of the wheels do not heat up after driving. I looked at the manual and it seems like the only adjustment I can make is inside the car. Checked there and this is how it looks like:

I know the cable didnt snap because it does get tense when I put on the e-brake and the wheel shows some resistance when I try to spin it, but its minimal.
Is there anything else I can check or does this sound like a bad caliper or something?
Btw, when I drive and lightly apply brakes I hear faint intermittent squeaking coming from the rear, but only when rakes are lightly applied. I also checked the caliper sliders and all that stuff and they seem to slide without problems. Piston does not have any rips in it and I can push it in no problem.
What can I try next? Thanks!

So it looks like I finally fixed it. Took a closer look and noticed that the lever that the spring was on didnt fully touch that bolt on the back, meaning it wasnt moving as far it was supposed to. The problem was with where the cable attaches to the lever. It was so ceased it took me a while to disconnect the cable. After that problem was fixed! Thx for the help!
