Default K-sport AR coilovers problem again?!?

I bought CHD02-ARksport coilovers for my semi race car - Civic EG6 92. Today i installed them and went to test them. I was shoked. Car was stable and handles good. On the road bumps it stays ok but if there is a little hole on the road (not depper than 2cm and longer than 20cm) i heard BIGGEST BANG, BANG from the front and the rear . I cheked everything, there is no contact between suspension parts. What could be the problem? I tried to put shocks on the hardest and the softest settings. May be on the softest setting BANGS were little softer.
I installed coilovers and checked spaces and evrything twice. They were ok. The car is lowered not more than 2cm. There is no contact between wheels and mud-guards.

P.S. Before to install coilovers springs I compress front and rear springs with ~0,5cm. During the test ambient temperaure was -1 to 2deg C.
Help??? Bangs are really scary.

The Ksport AR (Asphalt Rally) coilovers have a pretty high spring rate and stiff damping and are a "racing only" coilover. They will crash over bumps and have alot of impact harshness. I'm wondering if the "banging" sound is just because of this. If you installed everything correctly that could be it.

What's preload?

The guy who sold me the coilovers said me this: The spring rates on an Asphalt Rally kit are progressive so there isn't a set rate on those.
Is this bad?

Ok, but asphalt rally is very bumpy. It these coilovers are hard they can't be named rally.

I think i spoke to you in email, the gravel rally kits use a progressive spring, the asphault rally does not. If you send us pics it would help alot as you said you used your own boot and bump stops, and that could cause problems, as well as if the nuts were not retorqued to spec after installation.

In friday I am going to expect evrything.
I think that the problem are the springs. They are very, very hard...
P.S. Nuts are torqued with 35nm...

My ksports do the same, but in the rear of the car over bumps. I'm thinking it's the recoil, it decompresses like a bat out of hell.

When installing a K-Sport Coilover set on a GSR I noticed there was very little droop travel in the rear. Basically, the suspension wouldn't extend very far without running out of travel. I tried to find a happy medium adjusting the shock body to get the most out of droop and compression travel. I would check to make sure your suspension has a reasonable amount of droop travel, and not too much compression travel, this might help... or might not... just an idea.

I made some pics of shocks, car height and videos with banging.

There is no contact between suspension parts. Front suspension travlel is ~50mm, rear is ~25mm. Front springs are 10kg/mm, rear 6kg/mm.
P.S. Wheels are pumped on 3bars.

I dunno... for reference I was running 7k/8k f/r on my GC springs, considerably lower than stock on 205/45-16 tires and I never had any problems.

Pic of my ride height w/ the GC's, installed on stock-length Koni Sport shocks:
