what car is the d15b vtec out of

i want to get parts for it and i want to know what car it comes out of so i can look it up.

is it d15b1, 2, 3, or 5 it comes out of a civic or does it have 3 stage vtec?

how do i know which one it is.this is the exact one here. http://www.jdmtigerjapanese.co...d=201

like spark plugs,wires,thermostat all that stuff. i also would like to get a cam and stuff like that,would that be the same as the d16z6 because there isnt many parts for that motor.

It's from a 92-95 JDM Civic VTi EG4. As far as compatible parts, I am sure some D16Z6 parts can swap over (not the crank or rods). The D15B uses the VX (D15Z1) timing belt.

Go to dseries.org and theres a whole thread about what parts to get.
