so i blew the motor in my 98 civic . new motor in and it starts but there is like no power to the wheels when you put the car into drive. when you put the car into the 2 position it moves but very very sluggish. Not to mention the Drive position light on the gauge cluster blinks. i did manage to break the shift control solenoid on the trans , but did replace it with a brand new one from the factory. not a cheap part either. it was the soleniod found on the lower area of the tranny. no one i know has ever an auto civic . so im hoping someone has had a problem like this before and can help me thanks.
