Why are you modding your mom's grocery getter? ...to answer your question... I don't believe so. Not much of a market out there to mod Civic hybrids. Maybe you can custom fit something on there? I doubt the ecu would be happy enough to allow any gains. Might even loose power.

From my understanding, the engine in the hybrids does have vtec technology, but not used in the same way. However, I believe the power output is 93hp at 6000 rpm... and I believe it is SOHC.
So I doubt anyone would bother making parts for it, and I can't imagine the ECU would like it too much, but that's just a guess.

The hybrid engine DOES have a cold air intake available (8th civic's hybrid forum), but in all honesty, I have a feeling the designers run the gasoline engine somewhat lean for fuel economy, so I wouldn't really want to mess with that and make it run even more lean. Maybe look for a K&N drop in filter instead.
