im turboing my car next weekend and debating on whether i should run exhaust or not...
setup:
89 civic sedan
jdm b20b with b16 tranny
7lb flywheel stage 2 clutch
long mani with sc34
flat black intercooler and piping
precision 580 injectors and 255 walbro and also have a wide band hooked up
now i have a 2.5 inch downpipe and i also have 2.5 exhaust on my car now with a 2.5 vibrant muffler...
power goal is 300 think i could do this with the exhaust..
(im trying to make a sleeper other wise i wouldnt run any exhaust)

You'll be fine with the 2.5 inch catback.

You'll easily make 300whp on 2.5" exhaust...If you cant afford to or dont want to go 3", there's always the option of running a cut-out

 

ok I want to go 3 inch eventually but I already got 2.5 inch exhaust with a vibrant muffler and I wanna make a sleeper or I wouldn't run exhaust...thanks for the help
