not that i am serious buyer for $500, but what kind of tires are the bad ones?

also do you know how much the wheel/tire combo weighs good tires vs bad tires?

 

the good tires are ecsta 711s and the bad ones are toyo proxe 4s. I think the wheels are claimed to be 13.2 lbs. Havent weighed them with the tires on them.
