Manual Trans clutch 93 accord prob!

so I got a new clutch kit in exedy
Functions good
I take off from red lights good,shifts well ,Picks up speed quick even peels out
but I pulled up to In n Out Drive thru
I was waiting 2 cars behind
so when the first car pulled out
I shifted into first gear and took off slow to pull up and the whole front of the car started shakin bad really bad
what part would be to blame for this?

oh dam I think My clutch is bad
I recently got a CAI and I been riding hard
could it be that my clutch heats up to much?
anyone know what part of the clutch would be to blame for this?
could it be the bearing? or the plate?
