You don't want a shitty chip like that, especially one that engages V-TEC at a low level like 4,400 RPM's and redlines at 9K.
I'd definately pass...

You are better off with these guys than that in the link. Considering how cheap they are, I would spend a few more bucks and support the people you KNOW will take care of you and have the experience .... http://www.phearable.net/

You could lean out and sling a rod.
Totaled engine, that's all. Nothing major.

They're not really from "Jun racing" or "spoon" like they say they are, they're just cheap basemap chips that they raise the fuel map a bit all over the entire map, you run a bit richer, you use more gas, and you have <2hp gain. It's a very cheap ***/half assed way of giving yourself a bit of power (that you'll only feel in the *** dyno) - much like tuning with a VAFC just by the sound and "how it feels."
Also, those chips aren't "ready to go" - first off, it'll only work on an OBD-I ECU and you'll have to know what you're doing. You have to solder a socket for that chip into a certain place on the board. Once the chip socket is soldered in you can pop your ebay purchased chip (which cost them $0.40 to buy a blank chip and load a slightly amped fuel map on it) in it and it'll work, and make it feel like you got more power, kill your gas mileage, etc.
My advice (whether you want it or not):
Stay away from them.
Chipping an ECU is one thing, but then get it dyno tuned, some pre-made **** basemap made to simulate the feeling of more power is not only useless, but it decreases engine wear and lowers the $$ in your wallet (in gas) faster.

i used one on my p30, and i didnt notice a difference, except that vtec engaged at a lower rpm. doesnt really make u faster... i went to the 1/8 mile track, and without the chip on some eibach sportlines, and horrible tires i ran a 9.9, with stiffer coilovers, better tires, and the chip i ran a 9.8... so its more of a waste of time and money coming from someone whos actualy bought one... my advice is dont waste your money
also makes the car ride a little rougher... had to explain, but i noticed it doesnt ride like it used to... ( also afterburns alot)
im saving up to buy a p72 ecu because im not all that happy with the chiped p30
