So far it worked great for me on street tires when launching at the track. I recently just got to try it with my slicks, and on 2 passes so far i could only get a 1.8 60. Whats you's guys thoughts on it? I was told by some folks that the hondata 2 step stinks compared to the real ones like the MSD manual 2 steps, that they are better off not even having it on when launching on slicks.

 

can you do other things besides just set a limit for rpm ? can you add fuel, retard timing, control intensiveness, ETC ETC ??

how much boost do you build on the limiter, and how long does that take ?

my car builds about 15psi in a half a second. lol its crazy. (takes about 3 good pops)

I hAve heard on s200 two step is very limited and slow when activated...

i hear s300 has much better control.

 

yeah s200 blows s300 works good my sig has a vid of my car and how it works.

im on AEM, and thanks to Joe @ Tempest Racing, this thing works amazing ! they got it all setup for me

 

FWIW i went 1.65 60' on handata 2 step today...

I love the aem 2step

 

mine makes 15 with mild settings.

 

The AEM two step/antilag is baddass and with infinite control!
The S300 has some good options to it as well
as for the S200 i dont think it has provision for timing/fuel adjustment while under 2 step condition which suck for turbo cars with slicks lol

 

S300 works great, but AEM's antilag is just plain evil

last year 8200rpms msd 2 step and s200 building 7-8 psi 1.68 short time.
this year nothing clean but antilag is great. s300 building 12-15 psi at 6000rpms.

yup, i remember those days. I miss my autronic as much as this forum hates them. makes hondata two step seem like a small hesitation or misfire if anything, lol.

i can build 20 psi on the line just as fast as my friends AEM with my s300, that **** is great.

 

I've gotten better 60's off the pedal than when using Kpro's launch limiter.

there is something not right there..

I have the s300 in my swfd car and its seems to cut great 60's for me, expletive it seems to run down the whole track good too.

 

I think it's funny how people brag about how much boost they can build on the line. We're racing FWD cars, what in the hell are you going to do with a bunch of boost on the line? Maybe that's why some of you can't hook up...

 

I would listen to Tony he knows what he is talkin about.. I build only 5psi. and Im pullin 1.54 and 1.53 60's all day long..

Exactly, What are you going to do with almost Full boost off the line??? I mean, some people might have to have that much Boost just to get off the line, but I don't see the point in having almost full boost off the line and just spin. IMO it all depends on the person taste and setup. Some people like the s300, some people don't. I run the s300, and it works great. 12psi of boost built up on the line works great for me. And I cut awesome 60fts here at my crappy track.

 

i have to agree AEM 2step is just amazing...s300 work great but i like the
AEM much better!
