Default Regulator replaced, now what?

My driver's side window stopped working so I swapped out the regulator. It is now working very slowly. It does not want to go all the way down. The glass looks like its in the channels. Could it be the master switch? Thanks.

It might help if we had the model and year of your Accord, but I think your glass run channels need to be cleaned out and lubricated. Honda sells a grease made for this, but some people have had success with silicone lube.
