So I got off work last night to find a missing car!!! It was recovered this morning stripped of a bunch of ****. Be on the lookout for a Vis carbon fiber trunk, Vision carbon fiber mirrors, Mugen style polyuethane lip and CTR style rear lip, Autometer oil pres, AFR, boost, and voltmeter guages, type r bronze shift ****, Greddy auto timer, and a set of 15 inch Rota Groupe Ns black with red lip on Kuhmo Ecsta 195/50/15s. If you see anybody selling this stuff in the SLC area, please let me know. And to any of you reading this are the ***** who did this.... you were caught on camera in a secure parking lot and I know you are an employee of the SLC airport. There is a time frame on when my car was there and everyone that swiped their badge in that time frame to access the lot are going to be investigated. Not to mention you left fingerprints on the door trim that you left behind and probably forgot EVERY SINGLE employee at the airport has their fingerprints on file. Dont expletive with people who work with TSA and law enforcement!!!! We ARE going to find you....

I work for Law Enforcement and that's very unclassy for someone to steal a car. I hope they get what they deserve

 

Yeah thank god only airport employees have access to the parking lot. It makes this a hell of alot easier.

Ok. So I got off early from work today and when I got out to the parking lot, I decided to drive up and down the lot to see if by some miracle, I could find a car rocking my stuff. Im driving around for a good twenty minutes and out of the corner of my eye I see a white eg hatch with the hood open and some kid was tinkering with it. I happen to notice that the mirrors on it looked very similar to mine. Couldnt really tell if they were carbon fiber though. So I circle around to get a better look and he notices me and gives me this really funny look. He then gets in his car and just darts to the exit gate as fast as he could. It takes a minute for the gate to open and I get up to him just in time to catch his plate number. My question is how hard is it to put ek side mirrors onto an eg door? Im going to find his car again without him in it, and take a closer look at these mirrors before I decide to call the police and give them his plates....

every time i see ANY car theft it makes me worried and sad, now it hits closer to home

well i am local so i can keep a good lookout.

Also, have you tried KSL.COM ? lots of ppl sell stuff there. just go there, hit classifieds, then hit Car parts etc blah blah.

for the last few days But yeah, this really sucks!!! You cant have anything nice anymore.... But to help you guys out here is some stuff to look for.
