1995 Civic LX problem
My daughter's car overheats and shots coolent out the overflow hose.
Radiator does not leak.
Cooling Fan Operates normally.
Thermostat operates normally,
the oil is clean-no coolant.
the coolant is clean-no oil.
The coolant gets so hot it steams into the overflow bottle. A couple of times, it blew the over-flow hose off and coolant gussed out.
The engine will over heat periodically.
The engine hesitates, occassionally, when accellerating from a dead stop.
As you drive, the temperature of the heater varies between hot and cold.
If you start the engine with the radiator cap off, coolant gusses upward like a fire hose.
Help me....I'm thinking blown head gaskets or worse.
