I decided I was gonna swap out the front upper control arms for adjustable ones, but Im have trouble pulling it out. Even with all the screws and bolts out, it wont budge. It just hangs there. I sprayed it with WD-40 and tried pulling, hammering, stabbing it with a screw driver, and even yelling at it! With all that it still wouldnt move.

Am I missing something? Is there a special method to this or what? please help me!

Put the knuckle back on . Keep the 17 nut a little loose and bang on it.

 

Sigh, i gotta change this thing next weekend. lol @ yelling at it.
