Hi, I jus wanted to post a question.. I got into a accident lik 2hrs ago, I am wondering if i am any way being at fault. well i was making a left turn at a intersection w/o a stop sign, and da guy perpendicular to me was also making a left, but he had a stop sign, as i was going into it, he basically t-boned me, admits its his fault cause he was also tryin to make a left.. my friend tells me i may loose.. so what do u guys think?

you might want to go to paint and draw it for us or me, maybe cuz im drunk hard to undersdant, but a pic or drawing would do, and about ur insurance what u have full coverage, liability or what

 

liability he does too.. he was also driving a civic >.> hope he reads my topic and finds a good laugh outta it haha

if he had the stop sign, it SHOULD be his fault
not saying it will..but since he was technically making the "left turn" with a stop sign it would be his fault
at least thats how i see it

 

well ok changed avatar, tho that was da one ht does offer..ne wayz yeah.. he had a stop sign.. and i didnt, i already made my left.. he should have been able to see me but was jus starin at one direction.. i am hopin he doesnt go back on his word
