**Need to trade for a "family friendly" daily

First One that gets here to me first, gets it.
The interior is pretty much stripped down. It has the si dash, and si seats, door panels. No carpet, no interior panels or trim. Exterior is in really good shape. Shaved side mouldings, no dents or anything. Here are some of the mods:

BRAND NEW tires (less that 200 miles on tires and rims)

Probally other things Im leving out....I have a nother honda head and intake manafolld, new gaskets, MSD ignition, New timing belt,SI sway bar, Everything you need to do the minime swap if you want to go boost it would be perfect, and all comes with the car. Its a great running car. Only bad thing is the interior is stripped down, and the syncros are out of line in the 3rd gear from the shifter install. I still drive it every day with no problem.
