my friend has an acura integra gsr.. 98 and he recently did an engine swap and got one of those whale ***** intakes.. well now his strut puts alot of pressure on it so he took it off. he told me hed give it to me for 20 bucks if it fit on my 90 crx si.. its at his dads now so i have to wait.. but i figured i might as well ask some peeps on ehre first... so my question is will this teg strut fit on a rex?... thanks

I just bought a mugen one for 60 bucks (the guy didnt realize its value) haha but i have a 89 civic hatch, same engine bay size. But the tegs are a little bit wider, you might want to match it up before you actually get it from him. Some may be more universal so you could just adjust it. Or if there are brackets it attaches to you might be able to weld it, as long as you get a good solid weld on it, it should hold fine. Im going to go put the brackets on and see how it works. You will have to relocate a couple wires and a fuse box (if its set up like mine). Hope that helps
