If a thief wants it bad enough, they will get it or destroy your car trying. Sucks, but that is what I found out the hard way, twice now. One Civic recovered and my other was stripped down.

All thieves should be executed.

There is a new device advertising on TV which is soppose to protect ur airbag and lock ur sterring wheel.
It is a stering wheel look but very different then the old club.
It almost cover the intire steerin and they said that even if u cut the sterring wheel, it will be xtremelly hard to drive. i think is called Master.
There is another wheel lock that i heard, "twin hooks" that u can buy on pep boys wich is soppose also to be more effective then the regular club.
I remenber reading a story of a member saying that actually the twin hook save thei car because the thief couldnt take it or sth like that.

 

It makes me wonder if the same people wanting this information suppressed are the same thieves who already know how to defeat an Autolock. It sure would make perfect sense.

a car with the AUTOLOCK is not safe. i would know, my car was stolen with my autolock equipped. luckily i got it back in one piece, but DO NOT RELY on the AUTOLOCK alone. buy every piece of crappy car locking device and use them together so that a thief would spend a good half hour trying to take your car. that's my advice. it's a shitty world we live in.

 

i also have an autolock and all i have to say is....what a f*cking waste of $60.00! first off, its not as easy to get that pos on the clutch. and after about 2-3 min trying to get the damn thing on, the sharp edges on the bottom of the lock that's supposed to grip the carpet scratches the hell out of my razo pedals. Then, i can't get it on up-right the way its supposed to because the dash is too low so i put it on upside down. putting it on this way seems to work but the damn thing isn't on too tight and just hangs and swivels from side to side. i guess it works, since my car won't start with the lock on but, where is the "user friendlyness"? damn pos.

SORRY ...to burst your paranoid bubble..but these items ARE only for locksmiths and are not EASY to get a hold of ....a co in scottsdale AZ used to make electric motorized lock picks..it was kind of like a handgun looking thing, well about 4 years ago i thought this could come in handy (i was a bit mischevious at the time) and attempted to purchase on of these items...the companies name was COBRA inc. and they did not sell directly to the PUBLIC...no authorized dealers no nothing....you have to provide them with proper documentation that you are not only an employee but someone who is authorized to make thse type of transactions for the repo company along with your companies reposession liscence or whatever.....i did NOT get it...way to difficult.........BESIDES...a tow truck is way easier to get a hold of

Do any of you guys ever think about setting up a little sting for these ***** that are breaking into cars?? I suggest everybody try it some night, since the cops sure won't do it.. hide out in the woods with your boys and a 12 pack, spliff whatever and WAIT. Set a car up as bait in the neighborhood, maybe even through up an MTX or Alpine sticker on the window.. Arm yourself with Mace, stun gun, baseball bats.. etc. Its time people start fighting back these pukes. The police dont do ****.. even if you have a **** load of evidence they dont care.. if it was a middle aged man with a BMW or Mercedes that got their car stolen maybe they would.

There is always that chance that they might be carrying guns, so if you live in a rougher area it might not be wise to do this of course. Hell I'm about to get a concealed weapons permit and carry my Beretta around with me if it keeps getting worse. Some kids tried to get into my car the other night, they popped the hood (luckily i got hood protection) and set the alarm off, then came BACK about 30 mintutes later after somebody had already called the cops. They got a good scare, about 6 cop cars and two cops had them on the ground at gun point, but they couldnt even press charges because nobody saw them pop the hood. they wouldnt even take finger prints. All theives must DIE!!!!
