Default Faded door, best way to fix?

My DD has a faded door due to probably past repairs. Anyways, I don't care for a perfect match, just something that doesn't stick out as much. What (if any) would be the easiest/cheapest way to make things look a little more similar to the rest of the car? Thanks.

Best way = refinish... Cheapest = buff/polish/wax your whole car besides just the door
