Difference between 97 CL hubs and 98-99 CL hubs?

Difference between 97 CL hubs and 98-99 CL hubs?
I have done some searching but I have not found anything and I need an answer soon.
I have been looking into doing the rotor over hub conversion on my 97 accord. I see it says to use the 98-99 hubs, but the 97-99 CL's seem to all be the same. Will the 97's work for the conversion? If not then why not?
