I have a 02 rsx type S and I have heard that it might be possible to put a s2ooo head on a rsx motor k20/f2o motor mix. Does anyone have info on this? Im going to the local import shop this week and we are going to talk numbers and specs, but any info you guys give me will be much appreciated. thanks guys..

 

The cam drives are different. One use a chain that goes around the crank pulley and the 2 cam pulleys and the other has a chain that goes around the crank pulley and a single cam pulley. The cam pulley in turn drives the cams via gear teeth causing them to turn in the opposite direction.

So I bet that your information source on swap compatibility is guessing.
