The BEST $16 DIY CRX front lip. (From Intgera)
My pictoral DIY. (I searched but did not find any info on front lip DIY's for CRX. Forgive me if this is covered)
Lip from an 1989 Acura Integra (4door in this case), front CRX bumper removed from car.
Nuts, bolts and washers from Home Depot. All the bolt holes on the lip will match up with the ones on the bumpers.
I know this is true of all 90-91 Civic/CRX's. Someone LMK if 88-89 line up.

On the underside of the lip mark and cut out as pictured.
Heat up the plastic with a blowdryer or heat gun if you want to make it a little easier to slice with the Olfa knife.
This is to allow the sides of the lip to form to the CRX bumper which has more of an angle on the sides.

After bolting the lip on you will have to trim the sides off, depending on which car you are doing it will be a different length so it's best to leave it untill last.
The only hole that you will have to drill is pictured with the bolt in it in the second picture.
You may need another set of hands to help you press the lip against the bumper while you drill and bolt this hole.

A closeup of the bolts and holes...

The bolts and washers x 12 (a couple extra never hurts)

A couple pics of the bumper before install on the car.
Forgive the bad rattle can job.

Proof that it only cost me $16 Cdn!

I am really impressed on how it looks on my 1991 CRX.
The Integra lip is the same shape as the stock shape of the rear on the CRX...
they look good together! Now I just have to go get a paint job on the front bumper!
Thanks for looking!

Yeah they fit on 88-89's too you just have to cut more off the end. And my local pick n pull sells em for $6

Man, i wish the pick n pull peeps were as dumb/cool as the ones in BC. Here they charge you $22 for a "front bumper lip."
Diggin the Cressy lip. When I used to have my AE86 , I thought about putting one of those on it.
