im taking off the old cheap POS ebay sidemarkers the previous owner put on. i've read the threads on how to do it, but all of them left their fenders on. i was thinking to put the template on the fender while its still on the car to make sure it looks good, then take it off to cut and so i can see the wires for the turn signal better and wire them up better. also so i can spray paint a little on the inside of the fender to prevent rust.

my question is, will it be difficult putting the fenders back on and lining them up. keep in mind i've NEVER done body work on a car before. but by doing the side markers i'm paying a total of about $50 to do it myself VS the body shops i've gotten quotes for as LITTLE as $200.

any suggestions, comments, or help would great.
