Default Restore paint

i have an 02 accord and its got nighthawk black pearl paint. my paint is weird man. it looks more blue than black.

how can i go about making it look more black than blue? when it rains, its the closest it gets to looking black.

what i was thinking about doing was washing, claybaring, polishing, then waxing. i'm gonna do this regardless of it helping the color or not cause my car is diirrrrrrttttttyyyy, but would it help it out to bring out the black?

it's technically black and blue. it's black basecoat with blue metallic in it. all black honda's are metallic and the more you polish it the more the blue metallics will stand out.

Nighthawk is black w/ blue pearl tint and a few other tints, its not a metallic. Some honda's are solid black from factory.
