95 civic air bags removed need srs light off
I have a 95 civic ex 2 coupe and I am removing my air bags (new steering wheel on driver side and removing pass side) my ? is how can I get my light on my dast off is there a wire I can cut??? I need this to pass inpections. thanks and if someone could take pics so I can see what u are talking about that would be great and thanks agin HT,
i removed my oem air bag equipped steering and i pull the whole culster off trying to figure out which bulb to take out or which wire to cut.but i cant find any cause the srs bulb is built into the cluster.so i had to take off the cluster plastic cover and carefully lift the gauge face and break that bulb. but that is just me. it should be other easy way

Well, the SRS yellow plug has three wires: black, blue, and yellow. Just remove the whole plug from the cluster.

You don't need pics. Just remove the bezel, 3 screws (2 up top, 1 behind the hazard switch). 4 screws holding in the cluster. Remove yellow SRS plug. Put back everything.
Yellow plug, right next to the green one.

I don't know were you live but in most inspections in the U.S. if the car had air bags they need to be there to get the car to passs.
Here is a link to put them back in and to shut off the srs light. It works.
