Nice numbers, I think you can go into VTEC even lower... looks like around 3400 or so to get that dip out. You can see it in the HP curve as well. Any sort of reliability problems known reving the big stroke that high? I know the stock rods dont like it, but unsure about aftermarkets.... those slugs have gotta be flying by the time they turn around.

Its going into VTEC at 3700. Yeah im going back on 100 octane and getting retuned for a race map. My buddy with a stock tsx bottom w/ips ksc cams, jrsc revs out to 8400 for over a year now.

Another guy over on k20a.org has a similar build same aftermarket rods, stock sleeves stil running strong after a year. So I think as long as you dont wind it out to redline everyday reliability will be ok.

Do you have any pictures of the Hytech header?

It would be fun running into you one day

Oh hell yeah it would be funny... We should seriously get a National K series meet going in Vegas sometime in the future.

That header is pure SEX!

Vegas would be fun. Why don't u try to reach out to the Import Alliance meet in july 08 in Tennessee. I'm going to try and make it down from the Canada for that one. I think its pretty far for you to trek down east from Cali but i'm sure it would be a fun road trip.

Yeah, Import Alliance will be a huge gathering for the 7th Gen. Civics. I've already seen commitment by at least 7 cars, and we're quite far off from the event.

What about it? That it'll take you twice the rpm's to make a respectable amount of torque?

I'm just stunned that a Honda can make those numbers with out a bottle or turbo.

I don't care I'm still gonna have a turbo'ed k20a2 making over 350 as a dd if i have to shove a dead baby into the engine bay.
