so i swapped in a d15b7 into a 94 eg cx. it cranks but wont turn over.

so i tried to trouble shoot.. but i cant figure it out. someone pls help me. this is getting frustrating.


*has spark, i checked it with a screw driver and they all have a spark. new wires and plugs.

*main relay is good, i can hear the fuel pump priming

*put differnt injectors in so i know the injectors are good


this is wat i dont understand....

i took the injectors out of the manifold but still clipped to the harness and in the fuel rail and turned the key on the "on" position and no fuel squirted, then i cranked it a lil like that and still no fuel.

then i loosened the 17 bolt on top of the fuel filter and turned the key on the "on" position and it didnt squirt any fuel. but.... i hear the fuel pump priming...

soooooo. do i have a bad fuel pump? how can i if it still primes? and i also loosen the 17 bolt on the fuel pump and turned the key to on and it also didnt squirt any gas.


im sure somone knows wats goin on with my car. i tried to search but didnt help much.

 

i also checked the power on the fuel injector clips and they were all good too. i can hear them click as well.

 

when i spray carb cleaner into the manifold and the holes where the injector go, the car starts roughly for a lil and turns off.

 

your not getting pressure. either u have no gas in the car, the filter on the pump itself might be plugged, or ur pump is junk. gl

 

i have about 2 gallons of gas in the car. im goin to put in another fuel pump tomorrow. and hope it starts up.
