For what car? Civic? Accord? Mustang? Chevelle? 325i?

With a coilover sleeve, the lowest usable ride height for a given spring rate is limited by the damper used, or in some cases, by the point at which the upper control arm hits the frame.

As far as Omni vs. Skunk, they're both 448 lbs-in F/336 lbs-in R for most Civic applications and are nearly identical, so it really doesn't matter which one you choose. Your best bet would probably be to give both companies a call. Buy from whichever company gives you what you feel is the best customer service over the phone.

If you don't have a Civic, Skunk2 spring rates may vary, but only toward the stiffer end of the spectrum. I would not recommend that for a daily driver. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend 448 F/336 R either; I'd prefer Ground Control's default rates of 350 F/250 R for a daily driven street car.
