Ok so heres the deal, I have searched the forum to find out if anyone has had the same problem and I have not come across it so heres my plea for help.

When i first bought the car i was aware that it had been in a smalll accident on the front passenger side. It looked fine and all however the harness for the headlights was slightly damaged but it looks like he did some handy work trying to keep the light in with some wire+tape.

Anyways the lights were working great for about a week then my high beams became under some problems. The high beam indicator in my dash would not come on at all when i wanted them to come, however only 1 high beam would light up when i did it. Also, my DRL(Daytime running lights) indicator has been constantly flickering when i drive. I wonder if this is a major wiring problem.

However. My high beams seem to have magically started to work again and the high beam indicator is fully functional and both high beam lights work fine.... only sometimes, its really weird sometimes only 1 works and sometimes they both work. This is pretty frustrating for me. If anyone knows what my problem could be i would like to thank them now.

Sounds to me like the wiring is still messed up, and you're getting an intermittent short.

Pull the tape off and check it out.
