Default Shocks/Springs or Full Coilover setup?

hey guys i searched on this and found a thread that gives you the basis of the information regarding my topic. Now though i want to get more specific i want to know which setup you prefer or think is better for a DD/Track Si. Thanks in advance.

Setups:
Eibach sportline springs or progress (i know eibach is a really good company, but progress im not sure about)
Koni yellow shocks/struts

or

Buddy club N+
Tein SS
FnF fullcoilovers

input would be great guys thank you again. the main reason i ask this is because im not sure if the same thought applies to the new si compared to my eg.

if you got full out track/autox car. id say coilover.
well id say coilover either way if you have the money.
or you can do like what pete did [blue rocket]
hfp kit with different springs.

I can't tell you much regarding your choices. Only thing I can say is that the spring / "strut" set-ups you show will not make for a comfortable daily driver. I have the HFP spring/struts on my car it is a pretty rough ride for a daily driver. The HFP is less a drop and not as stiff as the set-ups your showing.

To be honest, in my opinion, an adjustable coilover set-up is going to be better for you. If your intension was to mainly track the car, then a stiff spring/strut set-up would be fine. However, using it as a daily driver as well, you are going to want something that is a little more forgiving. An adjustable coilover can give you both.

Keep in mind, the track is usually pretty smooth where roadways are not (at least not where I am). A constant rough ride is not only hard on the back, it is hard on the car. Things tend to come loose and rattles develop.

Just my opinion.
