93CX hatch... catback... do i need a test pipe?

Default 93CX hatch... catback... do i need a test pipe?

i know on my old 97cx i needed a test pipe cause the cat was incorporated into the header.

is my 93 the same way or is there a cat underneith? do i need to buy a test pipe or not?

stock d series engine in your 93? it should be a cat converter if your car is stock. whats the exhaust system set up right now for your 93 cx hatch? any catback system and header (thats made for your car) will bolt on to your stock cat converter and

Yes, you have a removable catalytic converter. If that is what you're asking..

exhaust is stock on the car...

i was just making sure because on my 97, it did not have a cat under the car. it was built into the header, so that when i bought a catback for it, it was about a foot short after the stock stuff was taken out. so a testpipe was necessary to extend the piping out so the catback would fit.

just wanted to know if i had a cat under the car.
