Default Piston to valve clearance with Type R Cams

I was considering putting the Civic Type R camshafts on my B16A2 (stock at the moment) and was wondering if they use stock A2 timing or if I'll need adjustable gears. I figured they'd clear fine on A2 pistons since A3 pistons are higher dome, but then again wasn't sure if A3 pistons simply had deeper pockets.

Also, can my stock fuel system accomodate for these cams or will any modifications be required (not sure how restricted these systems are)?

the cams will work but you will need a tune.
