WTB 15" or 16" Konig Helium / Countersteer , Rota C8/ C10 4x100 with tires

Preferably 16" with all season tires.

Pics are a must

Curb rashes are fine but no bent wheels please.

Must be willing to ship as I live in the middle of nowhere that's Wichita.
