I need some help! Car stereo
I have my armrest dash off, have the shifter section molding off, and I have the ashtray out, but I can't figure out how the hell to get the stock CD player out. I can't really see behind the molding to the left and right of my CD player.... I even hve my glove box out

Theres a bolt holding it in from the back.
It is a HUGE pain in the *** to get to.
When I did it, I could only reach it from the passenger side floor sort of reaching up behind the radio from the side.
Bad description...you will see what I mean when u get there...

If I remember correctly (and I might not since it's been a couple of years since I took out a DC2 radio) there is a screw underneath the radio that has to be removed in order for the radio to come out. You can see it if you look behind and underneath the radio/climate control stack.
L Shaped Bracket goes from the back of the stereo to the dash frame, It is held to the dash frame Via 2 phillips screws. Get a stubby Phillips screwdriver and your golden. Easiest way to reach it is from the side on the passenger side.
