what happens if a resisitor box is not used?
i just swapped my h22 in my 93 civic oBD1 and i started it and idles great but when i go to drive it, it feels like something is holding the car back, it bogs a little and feels sluggish... could it be that there is no resistor box hooked up? I got one laying around and want to make sure its what i really need to fix this issue
