Default Camber Kit?

quick question since i'm here,

when i bought my 98 SH Prelude, it was lowered via springs, i checked them out, looked like a really cheap kit, and just didnt sound or feel right going over bumps, so i had them removed by a local shop, and replaced with the stock springs.

about 2 weeks later, a friend asked me "whats up with your front tire ?" which, after looking at it for a second, i realized the camber was WAY (as in visibly) off.

now this has been bugging me for some time, car drives fine, and as unlikely as it sounds, the tires dont seem to be losing tread irregularly. i've driven on it like this for probably 2 months, while i enquired around town, and at the honda dealership, trying to find out what could be wrong with it. then deployed to iraq. getting ready to come home now, and i want it fixed, whatever it is.

but...

i've been told repeatedly that honda does not have adjustable camber ? therefore i'd need to buy a cambering kit. but what i cant wrap my head around is, if its not adjustable, how can it be off so badly you can see the tire is VISIBLY tilted. i've looked under the car myself, i had a mechanic take a look while i was swapping out the clutch and flywheel, and nothing appears to be bent.

anyway, suspension is something i've never EVER dealt with before, on any car, so i'm totally clueless, and basically wondering if anyone here has had similar problems. did the cheapo lowering springs the original owner had on cause some kind of damage ? when i had them swapped out with the stock springs, could the spring for the front right have been damaged somehow, losing tension, and causing the camber to be just ... crazily off ? i'm clueless, and would really appreciate any input. and also, if i'm going to likely have to get a cambering kit, would it make sense to just get a performance suspension setup from a good company, since i'll probably do that eventually anyway ?

thanks much, and for a visual aid, looking at the front of the car, the camber is off like so :

I would check to see if the camber kits are already in there, and were adjusted for the lowered stance, and now have it way off at stock height.

If there is no camber kit, and the wheel is that far off, you may have some bent parts in the suspension.

thx for the input the mechanic that looked over it didnt mention seeing a camber kit, or anything bent in the suspension, but i'm new to texas, and dont have anyone i trust 100% yet, so maybe he just wanted to sell me another kit, lol ... the thought of something being bent seems most likely to me though, because if there was a camber kit installed along with the springs, shouldnt both front tires camber be way off, instead of just the one ?

and on a side note, i just noticed a thread talking about upper control arms being custom made. would an adjustable upper control arm work in place of me buying a camber kit ? ie: should i add my name to the list of buyers ? lol.

thanks again for the input.
