Default Picture request. for any wheel setup using a 195/40r15 to a 50r15

I just bought a set of 15" Kosei K1's and im trying to figure out what series tread i should get.

Im trying to achieve a certain look with the setup.

So im asking for you to post w/e pics of your car or w/e car that you know is using a size 195/40r15 , 45r15 or a 50r15

IM just trying to see exactly how much tire sidewall is actually there.

The wheels... just for the hell of it & my car below that.

Why don't you instead find out what size tire would be appropriate for your ride to keep it close enough to stock specs and go from there?

For my car it was a choice between 195/55-15 or 205/50-15. Both tires are within 1.5% of the total diameter of the stock wheel and tire, so I went with the 205s (the only one sold for the tire I wanted). The 205s are slightly smaller than the 195s, but by a negligible amount.

Don't buy tires just for looks. Seeing as they are the only part of your car that comes in contact with the road, you might want to go for safe over what looks cool.

Yes, get the right size tires for the car. Also, I would suggest you read the FAQ as it contains a lot of useful information and may clear up and misconceptions you may have.

Im not saying i just want something that looks nice...

I will be buying a good brand of tire, All im trying to do is not end up with some humongeous side walls on my tires that make the whole setup look like ***.

A smaller sidewall is gonna prevent as much sidewall flex obviously....which is what i want.

I dont need something with humongeous sidewalls on it good for winter use, cuz this car gets parked from november to april.

How could it be less safe buying a lower profile tire of the same brand/style.... than a higher profile side wall?

If anything it should be safer due to less roll.

thanks.

& i didnt mean it like all tires with big sidewalls are snow/winter treads...

i just meant theyre usually an all season tread style, where as the low profiles are more so a better aggressive street/track/rain purpose tread.

but nvm, im comming off sounding like a noob bitch cuz i know nothing about tires.
