Won an auction for 4 LS rims w/ tires 3 weeks ago, payed 3 weeks ago, and they STILL have not gotten in. Ive emailed the seller like 5 times and got one reply last week saturday that they were going to ship last week. Whatever.

How do we go about claiming these things with ebay? I'm pretty sure if you get a bad auction your pretty much on your own but I'd like that user off of ebay if my rims dont come in.
