Yup the whole thing needs to be replaced, You can go to the junkyard and pull the climate control and radio and switches off of it and they should give it to for cheaper.

 

And what I posted in response to you in the EK parts thread. Just in case anyone else needs info one day.

Just FIY, the radio bezel surround piece is about $120 from Honda.

I had to buy one after mine was broken by thieves. All the used ones had broken vents. The vents cannot be put back on (easily) if they are broken off of the piece. They are plastic welded and/or glued in place and when they get broken out little bits of the vent are left in place and are very difficult to remove.
