Default Heated seats not working?

For some reason the drivers heated seat does not work and has not since I purchased the vehicle. I check the fuse and it looked fine, I even replaced it with a new one just in case and still no luck. Am I missing anything else?

get a wiring diagram of your car. find the components wires of the seat heaters, after that the first thing you check is if there is ground hooked up make sure its bolted on the frame or some kind of metal. then check the power (positive) wire, trace that wire and see if anything is odd looking, maybe loose connection. if you had a digital multi meter, itll make things easier because you can check for voltage drops and find the problem quick. and lastly it could just be your load which is the heater that heats it up which is not working properly.
