i bent my b pipe going over a hump camoflauged to the asphalt and now my b pipe is rattling against my frame on my type s. i tried totighten it a little bit harder so its more stiffer but then over time it started rattling again...then i tried to reposition it someway by unistalling it then bolting it back on but again started ratling again. THEN i tried wedging something in between it like a rubber foam padding of some sort woth adhesive on the back of it and stuk it to where it was hitting...and obviously it melted.lol... so my wuestion...WHAT CAN I USE TO TEMPORARILY PADD OR SUPPORT THE B PIPE WITHOUT IT MELTING? sorry formy ghettoness and thanks in advance.

all those stores should have them
they're pretty pricey though

 

aight man this is all u have to do....this has happened to me befor, just jack up th ecar and pull down on the part thats rattling or stick a pri bar and pri it down that should take care of it......trust me ive done it so many time works all the time...and it never comes back unless i hit something again

am i supose to bend the pipe or jus push it down cuz its right up against the frame.

 

no man u cant bend it...lol

u just have to push it down some how....u can pull it down by hand or pry it down, how ever u want,
