Also, what kind of tires?
Some sizes will fit fine, others won't. It depends on the wheel size, tire size, etc.

every single 205 tire will fit. whover thinks that is not true doesnt know what they are talking about. i am not talking **** just speaking the truth. a 205 will hardly even stretch on a 7" wide rim

Not necessarily.
The proper way to determine whether they will fit is to look up the wheel size (which has not been posted) and the make, model, and size of the tire (which has not been posted) and see what range of rim widths is approved by the tire's manufacturer.
How about it, spooledhonda? Care to share what tire, what tire size, and what car you're talking about? Because otherwise, you haven't provided enough information to answer the question properly.

No, you can use different size wheels. But the 205/50-15 has a larger diameter than the stock 175/70-13 size. 195/50-15 is a close match in diameter to 175/70-13 and would be a better size for this reason, except the Azenis isn't available in 195/50-15.

What if he has a B-series motor in there? Does the VSS in the tranny now require a tire size closer to a stock Integra to be accurate?

Well, once you start swapping parts from other cars, then things will change. For example, swapping the motor doesn't change anything. But if you swap the tranny and vehicle speed sensor too, then you have a choice between using the tire diameter that the VSS expects, which preserves the accuracy of your speedometer and odometer, or using the tire diameter for the car, to allow for the same amount of clearance in the wheel wells. Your choice.
But I assume from the question that the car (particularly the VSS) is stock, since nothing is mentioned to the contrary.

im using 205/45/16s on 16x7 circut 8s with no issues. it looks fine.
ive also used 205/50/15 on si blades, kumhos bfg kdws and bfg drag radials, never had any fitment issues

Just because it looks fine, doesn't mean that it's the best size in other ways.
Those sizes are fine for Integras and '97-00 Civics. For a pre-'96 Civic, CRX, or del sol, the outer diameters are larger than stock, and you would generally be better off with 205/40-16 or 195/50-15. The disadvantages of the oversized tires are rubbing (depending on how far oversized they are), throwing off the speedometer and odometer, and making your car accelerate slower in each gear (like installing taller gears in your transmission). Those are the downsides; it's your car, and it's up to you to decide whether to get the tire size whose outer diameter matches best, or to live with those downsides.
