Theft Recovered/almost fully restored
last recorded Mileage was at 24,xxx at the DMV
Title now stands at 31K mileage on the title..
Title is not salvage/not bebuild.... clean as can be.. carfax is clean as well
not sure what the history behind this car is

I would personally pay around 8 to 10k max

 

keep checking with DMV/carfax.

lots of places have switched to turning theft recovery cars into salvage titles.

 

can that even run pump gas with daily reliability?

10-11k provided the engine is strong and runs healthy.
