Default Type-r getting horrible M.P.G.

Hello everyone, I am having a problem with my type-r Engine. I have been an active avid enthusiast of the Honda B-Series engine and its many available platforms since circa 1994. I always do my own work and I have run/ worked in many Honda only shops as a technician. So I am reaching out severely frustrated that I can not figure out my Gas Guzzling problem. The car is a 98-rs with a 00 type-r (usdm) engine/trans.,with CTR pistons, CTR cams, Stock type-r exh.manifold, no cat., DC Sports exhaust, aem fuel rail/Regulator,hondata intake gasket, Skunk2 t.b.,Stock 00 type-r injectors and a 98 type-r ECU. I have no CEL.'s I have replaced the o2's the Dizzy checked the timing (belt and dizz) and the guage on my fuel rail reads 37 lbs at W.O.T. I am getting about 120-150 miles out of a full tank when driving on the freeway from San Clemente to P.S. I feel like I have tried everything I can. I definately know that I have had this similar setup and got much better gas mileage before so something is wrong! Any thoughts from fellow tech.'s out there? Any help is apreciated.

How long has this been a problem? What do your spark plugs look like? How does your oil look, any chance you might be getting ring wash?

Check your intake air temperature sensor per the helm's manual specs.
If it is burnt or reporting false readings per the manual's specs, check your IAT wiring (probably have the wrong plug plugged into the sensor).

If the IAT sensor checks out ok, get your self an ems such as ectune, neptune, hondata and have the car tuned.

Tire Pressure

You are done with forum life dude! You havent changed since you were originally banned! Cmon Bbasso, you need to be a leader like you are in itrca.com

Assuming all of your ignition components have been replaced, I would suspect ring wash as well. Do an oil change and smell your oil. If it smells "gassy" then ring wash is your culprit.

I would suggest changing it if you got some miles on it.

For response to this is a type r forum, Everything onmy 98 rs that is Type-r is from my deceased 00 type-r that I rolled after hitting black ice and then a mountain. the car had less than 60,000 miles on it and I salvaged all that I could to build my own "R" off of the same platform the factory chose to put the Type-R into production (the RS). I am just looking for some help not shitty comments that just wast space.
As far as a thermostat, I tried that and M.P.G. improved by about 5. I closely monitor my tire pressure so thats good. I will check the IAT thanks.... (to those that care)

Obviously that comment was aimed at me
Obviously I have no clue who you are, you are a new member.
Obviously if you had said that all the suspension parts came off your dead R we would know more.
Obviously I'm having fun and should not take this so personally.
Obviously you don't know me, or I you.
Obviously I use the word obviously too much.
Obviously I need to stop.
Obviously I had swed and blabb.
Obviously I repeat myself.
Obviously If spell check was not working you would have a hard time reading this.
And the last obviously I'm off to bed.
