ok ever since i bout my 1990 civic hatchback, its been licking water from the front corners and im not sure were its coming from. does any one know??

 

The reason your car is licking water is because it's thirsty Sorry someone had to do it.

Well any who..... What front corners? The lights? The floor boards? Windshield? Any pics? Most likely just a bad seal where ever it is. Just start to look for the leak, if it's not raining use a hose to find the leak. Then just use some silicone to plug it up or replace the part. If you don't know what the part is called just take it with you and they'll help you find what you need at the parts store.

 

the leak is coming from some where on top because is runs down to the floor just under the hood lash on both sides
