Damn, I'm scheduled to get off at 3pm so I don't think I can get off earlier....

i can probably arrange to be off at 3 as well..... but cant be getting off much earlier cause already been taking a lot of time off

 

Then we can all leave at 4-5pm? We can be there by 11pm, just in time to party.

 

I swear, you four are the only CRX owners in all of So Cal.

This maybe a little off topic, but does anyone else agree that we should set-up some kind of Swap Meet/Trade Sale for our cars. Kinda like the VW guys do. I've been to the original CRXPO when Ted G. organized it I think this was '97 I also went to '98 and '99 and I always thought this was something we were lacking.

 

I'd love to go...I'm PROUD of my CRX. However, that's quite a long drive for me, and I don't know if my CRX would like that too much. Besides, I'm probably working. But DAMN, I wish I could be there!!

hey i'm a proud CRx owner i just can't make it out to cali (yet). but i will someday, i gotta return el favor alex made coming out to the AZ crx meet. even though we did lose him...lol

I agree w/ you on the parts swap and it was something I always wanted to do at crxpo, but never got around to doing.

You may not remember me but My name is Brian I have a black 89 CRX si, with the 16" Racing Hart Hyper Tuners, I went to the original CRXPO @ Race n Rock back in '97 I think. When the Europeans came out here. I went to the big one in '98 which I'm pretty sure is the year Mitch (1st gen w/b16a) and Ricky Crow came out here. I was just thinkin that there has got to be alot of us with stuff that we would like to unload, or maybe even pick up, and what better than to get it from a fellow CRX enthusiast in person, rather than shipping everything and all the hassels of trying to buy on-line..... just a thought, if not for this CRXPO maybe for future ones.... see ya there.

 

Oh yeah, I remember you. Black hair and sunglasses, and didn't you come with a friend who had a white Honda (Accord?) ..kinda big guy IIRC.

Yup that's me..... the big guy Ron only came to the first one(he's actually working up in Yuba City for Force Fed Performance).... after that I went with a friend with a Red 89 Crx Si. @ the one in '98 we were the ones that had 200k mile club on our windshields. and in '99 we just came in my buddies '99 Si. So I see you finally took a break from the coordinating, you deserve it you did a great job with those previous one, I can only imagine the work that is involved.......
