1990 CRX DX - after running the air conditioning for about 10-15 minutes the passenger side fan starts to make a loud "whirring" noise, almost like a screech. The sound gets modulated when I step on the gas. I know it's not related to the air conditioning itself since it does the same thing with just the fan on and the A/C off. Anyone know how to fix this? Do I need to take the dash off to get to the fan or belt, or can it be accessed by taking the glove compartment off? Thanks in advance for any insight
